Florida All-Star Volz leads CVST at H-Man Race   CVST's Emma Volz (16) led the way for CVST at last weekend's Annual Hurricane-man 2.4 Mile Rough Water Swim.  While the weather was great for the race, the Gulf of Mexico was still a bit choppy and even had whitecaps breaking over the race course.  Volz was CVST's best finisher with a best time by about a minute for the course.  Her time of :51:30.00 was good enough for second place in her age group (15-18 Girls) and third place overall. ...

The Green Sarges Beat Out the Blues Brothers (The Screaming Blueberries)   By: Courtney Prima, Green Team Member   At this year’s annual Blue/Green Meet, people expected the Blue team to win. CVST Finishes Senior Champ's Same Way They Started   CVST Finished up the 2011 Spring Florida Swimming Senior Championships  in they same way they started, going five for five best times on the final day.  The day started with Emma Volz (15) going a personal best in one of her off events, the 15-16 Girls 100 yard Freestyle, where she went :57.12.  Next up was jackie Kenny (15) in the 15-16 Girls 200 yard Backstroke, where she cut about  two seconds from her previous best time going 2:21.70.
