CVST December Swimmer of the Month - Fitz Rawls The CVST Coaching Staff has announced that Fitz Rawls (12) of the Senior 2 Practice Group has been named the CVST Swimmer of the Month for December of 2010. Fitz earned the honor based on his performance at the Florida Swimming B Championships, held December 11-12th, in St. Petersburg. The weather wasn't quit conducive to swimming fast with a cold front that brought a freeze warning along with it, but Fitz was heating it up in the pool none the less. ...
CVST November Swimmer of the Month - Christopher Yatsula Christopher Yatsula (13) - Christopher Yatsula 0f the CVST Senior 2 practice group has been named the November CVST Swimmer of the Month. At the CVST Invitational, held at Emerald Greens on November 20th, Christopher had a perfect day swimming to a five for five lifetime best time performance. He also had a huge drop of over 12 seconds in his 200 Yard Freestyle. Great job Christopher! Keep up all of the hard work!

CVST September Swimmer of the Month - Lillian Garrett Lillian Garrett (11) - Lillian Garrett of the CVST Silver/Gold Practice Group has been named the recipient of the September 2010 CVST Swimmer of the Month Award. During the month of September Miss Garrett swam in two meets and went all best times, including a drop of 29 seconds in the 100 yard Individual Medley. Emma Volz - August 2010 Swimmer of the Month Emma Volz (15) has been named the CVST Swimmer of the Month for the month of August 2010. Emma receives this award based on her outstanding performance at the USA Swimming Southern Zone Senior Championships, held August 3-7, in Orlando. While there, Volz swam to Silver Medals in the 800 and 1500 meter Freestyle events and a Bronze Medal in the 400 meter Freestyle. Congratulations Emma and keep bringing home the hardware!
CVST Celebrates 2009-2010 Swim Season CVST celebrated the 2009-2010 Swim Year yesterday with their Annual Awards Panquet and a Splash Bash Party. The event was a three hour ezxtravaganza with a fantastic brunch buffet served up by the chef and kitchen staff at Emerald Greens.
