Senior Zone Meet Day 1 - Volz On Medal Stand In 800 Free   The 2012 USA Swimming Southern Zone Senior Championships got under way tonight in Plantation, Florida, and CVST's Seniors are off to a good start.  Emma Volz (17) swam the Women's 800 Meter Freestyle in a time of 9:35.35, and picked up the 7th place medal.  Corey Stein (17) also swam the 800 Meter Freestyle, finishing 15th, with a personal best time of 9:35.17.   The meet continues tomorrow and runs through Friday at the Plantation Center...

Call Me Maybe? - US Olympic Team Music Video It’s no secret that members of the U.S. Olympic swimming team work hard, but there’s also a little bit of downtime during training camp. In an attempt to blow off a little steam during that spare time, Alyssa Anderson, Kathleen Hersey and Caitlin Leverenz spearheaded this video project, which Leverenz says incorporates about 95 percent of the team. CVST Fourth at FS Open Water Champ's   CVST finished 4th as a team at this weekend's Florida Swimming Open Water Championships, at Mirromar Lakes, in Ft.
