CVST Fourth at FS Open Water Champ's   CVST finished 4th as a team at this weekend's Florida Swimming Open Water Championships, at Mirromar Lakes, in Ft. CVST's Stein Directs Special Olympics PSA   CVST's Corey Stein (17) directed his first television commercial this month and it is now available for viewing via YouTube.com.  Corey also enlisted the help of another CVST swimmer, Sky Steele (18) who was one of the many stars of the commercial.  The project was for his Youth Group and will run as a Public Service Announcement (PSA) for Special Olympics Florida.    Click Here  to view the PSA entitled: Special Olympics Florida - Hillsborough County PSA.

Florida Swim Network To Air Replays Boys & Girls Club Nationals Parts of two sessions from this years Boys & Girls Club National Swimming Championships will be rebroadcast on the Florids Swim Network, a web based swimming network that covers major meets throughout Florida and beyond.  The sessions are Finals fromFriday, March 30 & Sunday, April 1.  Be sure to let anyone interested in watching, like Grandparents, etc.. , know all they have to do is go to www.floridaswimnetwork.com  and they will be able to pick up the reairiing.  

Volz Wins Mile, Boys & Girls Club National Champion   CVST's Emma Volz (17) won the Women's 1650 Yard Freestyle today at the Boys & Girls Club National Swimming Championships, in St. Petersburg. The meet is being held this weekend at the Northshore Aquatic Complex with Prelims beginning at 9:00 am and Finals st 5:00 pm each afternoon..  Each evenings Finals are also being broadcast over the Florida Swim Network at www.floridaswimnetwork.com.  Volz swam to a personal best time of 17:48.27, winning the event and claiming the title National Champion. ...

Pickerell Named CVST January SOM   The CVST Coaching Staff has named Daryl Pickerell (13) of the CVST Senior 2 Practice Group as the first CVST Swimmer of the Month for 2012.  Daryl earned the award based on her performance at the Gulfcoast Swim Team Winter Invitational held at Florida Gulf Coast University, in Ft.
