CVST Sending Four to FLAGS Meet The CVST Coaching Staff announced that they would be sending four swimmers to the Florida Swimming Age Group Championships, being held July 19-22, at the University of Florida's O'Connell Center, in Gainesville. CVST Fourth at FS Open Water Champ's CVST finished 4th as a team at this weekend's Florida Swimming Open Water Championships, at Mirromar Lakes, in Ft. Myers. CVST sent five swimmers to the event and all five medaled and scored in their respective events. CVST's Stein Directs Special Olympics PSA CVST's Corey Stein (17) directed his first television commercial this month and it is now available for viewing via YouTube.com. Corey also enlisted the help of another CVST swimmer, Sky Steele (18) who was one of the many stars of the commercial. The project was for his Youth Group and will run as a Public Service Announcement (PSA) for Special Olympics Florida. Volz Wins Mile, Boys & Girls Club National Champion CVST's Emma Volz (17) won the Women's 1650 Yard Freestyle today at the Boys & Girls Club National Swimming Championships, in St. Petersburg. The meet is being held this weekend at the Northshore Aquatic Complex with Prelims beginning at 9:00 am and Finals st 5:00 pm each afternoon..
