Logan Tirheimer Snags CVST October Swimmer of the Month Honors   The CVST coaching staff has named Logan Tierheimer (10) as the October Swimmer of the Month.  At the month’s end, Logan swam to nine best times out of nine events.  The soon to be eleven year old swimmer finished off his 10 and under career at the Ocala Invitational by swimming to six lifetime best times in six events. CVST Adopts Two New SafeSport Policies:  Bullying & Electronic Communication   CVST Athletes, Coaches, Volunteers & Parents,   Last month, the USA Swimming House of Delegates approved legislation enhancing existing safeguards for the Safe Sport Program. Two of these pieces, Articles 305.3.6 and 305.3.7, require clubs to implement (1) an action plan to address bullying and (2) a policy guiding electronic communication between adults and athletes, respectively. Edwards Snags SOM Honors for First Month of New Swim Year   The CVST coaching has named Ava Edwards (6) as the September Swimmer of the Month.  It’s not often that you see a noticeable difference in a swimmers speed, but Ava’s September Friday Night at the Races was just one of those occasions.
