CVST's Stein Named To USA Swimming National Officials Committee
CVST's Corey Stein (17), has been named to the USA Swimming National Officials Committee for a two year term. Stein, in the final year of his term as a Florida Swimming At-Large Athlete Representitive, represents all of the athletes of Florida Swimming at the State level. Among his other duties, he has attended the Florida Swimming State Convention for the past two years and based on his participation at the meetings there was selected by USA Swimming Athlete Vice President and the USA Swimming Athlete Executive Committee to serve on the Officials Committee.
The Mission Statement of the Officials Committee is as follows: To conduct programs to recruit, educate, train and certify USA Swimming officials to provide high quality and consistent officiating.
