  Backstroke Start Teaching Protocol and Certification Effective May 1, 2018 In 2018, the Operational Risk Committee’s recommendations for Backstroke Start Teaching Protocol and Certification were adopted. The recommendations took care to keep this process as streamlined as possible for coaches. This new certification is now combined with the Forward Start Certification adopted in 2009. CVST's Hasara Selected to Florida Swimming Zone All-Star Team   CVST's Sophia "Bubbles" Hasara has been selected by Florida Swimming, Inc., to their 2018 Florida Swimming Zone All-Star Team.  As one of the eight, 15-18 year old girls selected, she will represent Florida Swimming against 14 other States (LSC's), in Midland, Texas, July 1st - August 4th.  See the complete list of 15-18 year old swimmers selected to the Team here .   Congratulations Sophie, good luck and represent us well!!!
