CVST Halloween Costume Practice & Party Information It's the time of year where the ghosts and goblins are starting to appear, so starting planning your costumes to make sure they don't find you! This year group costumes are limited to a maximum of 3 members! Prizes will be given out for best costume for each of the swim groups (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Seniors plus a Group prize). CVST Caps Required at Practices Beginning November 1st Beginning November 1st, CVST will be returning reinstating an old practice rule, which goes as followd: All CVST swimmers wearing caps in practices, must wear CVST Swimming Team Caps. We have purchased special CVST Swimming Practice Caps with will cost less than the CVSTMeet Caps. They should be available on or before November 1st. CVST Required Practice Equipment All CVST Swimmers should now have the required practice equipment. All Swimmers need to have their equipment available at practice every day. If a swimmer does not have their required group equipment, it interferes with the other swimmers and the practice. This this is not fair. If your child does not have their group's required equipment, please order it now. Below is a listing of the required practice equipmwnt for each CVST practice group.
