CVST Caps Required at Practices Beginning November 1st

​Beginning November 1st, CVST will be returning reinstating an old practice rule, which goes as followd: All CVST swimmers wearing caps in practices, must wear CVST Swimming Team Caps.  We have purchased special CVST Swimming Practice Caps with will cost less than the CVSTMeet Caps.  They should be available on or before November 1st.  They will be available in Latex, Silicon and Long Hair.

Occasionally we will announce, through the team's General Calendar, days which swimmers will be allowed to wear caps of their own choosing.  Keep your eyes peeled.
