Rude Named CVST May SOM The CVST coaching staff has named Savannah Rude (10) as the May Swimmer of the Month. For the month, the ten year old Silver/Gold practice group member swam in three meets, showed consistent improvement, and conquered two new challenges. New Research on Chocolate Milk as Recovery Routine According to new research, grabbing chocolate milk after a hard swim could give swimmers a performance edge.
