CVST Meet Schedule Change for February CVST is making a change to the Meet Schedule in February. We are replacing the Area 3 Championship Meet with the BERK 2021 Last Chance Meet. this will be a two day vs a three day meet, with much shorter sessions and fewer swimmers. The BERK Meet is one weekend earlier (Feb. 19-20), and in the two week Championhip Meet cycle. Statement from USA Swimming Leadership Our staff has received several inquiries regarding Klete Keller’s participation in the unlawful events at the Capitol last week. Many of those inquiries have included calls to strip Mr. Keller of his medals. USA Swimming does not award Olympic medals, nor has the power to relieve an athlete of what they achieved competing within the rules established by the IOC. GCST Meet in Ft. Myers Cancelled Due to an increase in cases and the spread of COVID-19, the GCST Winter Invitational, in Ft. Myers, has been Cancelled. We hope that all the swimmers, coaches and families of the Gulf Coast Swim Team stay safe and healthy and those who may have COVID recover quickly. In the mean time, the CVST Coaching Staff is working on replacing the meet. We hope we have some information in the next 24 to 48 hours.
