Welcome to the big time! Florida Age Group Swimming is one of the top five swimming states nationally! One big challenge for new or younger swimmers to our sport, is that it's very hard to get a ribbon or earn an award for their swimming efforts. To provide makable intermediate goals, Carrollwood Village Swim Team has revived their team goal pin program used back in the 70’s & early 80’s. And it is working! CVST Fam, Five weeks ago Amy & I packed up and left everything & everyone we knew as "home" to come join you all. I felt obligated to thank everyone again for making it such a soft landing for us. Jim gained his angel wings tonight… and you can bet they’re zebra striped. Jim passed at 9pm surrounded by his family and friends at the Balseiro’s home, just as he had planned. Jim’s legacy will continue on in the Coaching Staff, the Athletes, and the Country Club. If nothing else we’re even more determined to make Jim proud and maintain his life’s work.
