Next Stop...Summer!

CVST Fam,

Five weeks ago Amy & I packed up and left everything & everyone we knew as "home" to come join you all. I felt obligated to thank everyone again for making it such a soft landing for us. The relationships we have developed with the kids, community and fellow staff has been nothing short of amazing. I would also like to extend a welcome to the families who have joined/returned to the Program during this time. Nothing means more to me than CVST being a place where families and swimmers feel safe and welcomed.

We successfully hosted our First PCL on Tuesday the 18th. Thank you to all of the volunteers as always for making it possible. That is the first Non-USA Swimming Meet I've ever been a part of. Lots to learn! We are back on Deck May 2nd hosting Countryside. Meet Format will be identical and the Job Signup & Registrations are posted. Thank you in advance for those who are willing to help make it happen.

I've already heard many stories about "Summer Time" here. It storms every day. The heat is excruciating. Quite frankly, I can't wait to experience it myself! As I'm writing this, it's 41 degrees back home with a Freeze Warning expected overnight. I'll take the former every time. 

Looking a bit further out, we have the Tampa Bay Classic June 2-4. Lots of work to be done between now and then, but that's what we're all here for!
