CVST Athlete Registration Opens Today for 2022-23 Swim Year
CVST TEAM REGISTRATION
All returning CVST swimmers need to be re-registered with CVST for the 2022-23 Swim Year. This registration is done on-line via our website at www.CVST.org and clicking on the Start Registration link on the right side of the page. You will be billed for your Annual CVST Registration Fee of $25.00 at the time of this registration. Your dues will be billed September 1. This registration must take place by end of day, Wednesday, August 31, 2022, in order to be eligible for the upcoming September swim meets, including Friday’s FNR. Swimmers will not be permitted to practice after this date if registration s is not complete.
NEW TO CVST THIS FALL
CVST will now be accepting payment by ACH and Check as well as continuing to accept automatic payment through Credit/Debit Cards. There also will now be a Recoupment Fee charged for Credit/Debit Cards (.30 per transaction plus 2.95%) / ACH (.30 per transaction plus 1.25%).
USA SWIMMING MAAPP ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Also required and due by August 31, 2022, as part of MAAPP, 2.0, all CVST parents must acknowledge that they have received, read and understand the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy and/or that the Policy has been explained to them or their family. They must further acknowledge and understand that agreeing to comply with the contents of this Policy is a condition of your membership with the Carrollwood Village Swim Team, (USA Swimming member club).

Beginning September 2, 2022, any swimmer who's parents have not signed and turned in their CVST / MAAPP 2.0 Written Acknowledgement Form will not be permitted to practice or participate in any CVST activity until the Form is turned in.
Once again, returning swimmers not registered with the team by September 1st, and/or have not turned in the signed MAAPP 2.0 Written Acknowledgement Form, by September 2nd, will not be permitted to participate in any CVST Activities after that date, including swim practices, until registration is complete. Please take care of this matter ASAP so your child doesn't miss any practice time.
USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION
USA Swimming Registration will now be done on-line through USA Swimming. This is supposed to begin on September 1st, and all CVST Swimmers will need to register. We will provide you with a Special Code so you can register under CVST as soon as the system is up and operating.
