Heat Sheets, Estimated Timelines and all the other information you need for this weekend's Area Championships at Northshore Aquatic Complex are now posted at CVST.org, on the Event Page. Be sure to download and print your Heat Sheets before going to the meet!  Assigned warm-up times and lanes for each session have also been posted. Please do not be late.
