CVST Team Building Week - Surprise Day Is....
Earlier this summer CVST announced the last week of practices for the summer, July 25-29, would be CVST Team Building Week and the whole team would practice together that week, with a different theme for each day. Monday’s theme is Crazy Cap Day, Tuesday is Goofy Goggles Day, Wednesday is Silly Swim Suit Day, Thursday is Costume Day and Friday was announced as Surprise Day. Well, now is the time to announce the Surprise Day Theme!
The Theme for that Friday is Open Water, Lagoon Day @ Epperson Lagoon!
Sounds, like it might be a little bit of work, but not too much, we promise. That Friday we will be meeting at 8:45am, at the main entrance to Epperson Lagoon, in Wesley Chapel. We will have a short :30-:40 minute Introduction to Open Water Swimming Session and then we will spend the day at the Lagoon!
Parents and siblings are invited, but we need to know who will be attending by this Thursday, July 21st, at 5:00pm, as we have to get Epperson the numbers by Thursday, end of day. So please list the names of all family members attending in the "Notes" section of the Registration Page. Just go to the Events Page and register for this just like you do for a swim meet.
Epperson is covering the admission for the day, but you will need to bring money for lunch at the Café or Food Trucks and snacks on site.
All CVST Swimmers attending Suprise Day need to be accompanied by a parent. CVST Coaches will not be responsible for swimmers after the open Water Session.
