Get Ready For CVST Team Building Week - July 25-29th
For the last week of the 2021-2022 Swim Year we will be having CVST Team Building Week! All Practice Groups will swim together from 9:00-10:30am that week with a different theme for each practice with lots of Fun, Games, Raffles and Prizes to be given away! Then on the last day, Friday we will be having Suprise Day! We will be holding a special Practice/Event that day and we will be announcing what it is in the very near future, maybe even by this Saturday! So make sure you are available for the special practices and times and come on out and join in all the Fun for CVST Team Building Week!

CVST Crazy Cap Day - Monday, July 25th!
Monday, July 25th, will be CRAZY CAP DAY as part of our CVST Team Building Week! That Monday, at practice, you don't have to wear a CVST SwimCap! You can wear any cap you want! Funny, Silly, Fishy, Bubbly, Flowery, Just About Anything! There might even be a prize for the CRAZIEST CAP! If you have any questions, see your Coach.
CVST Goofy Goggle Day - Tuesday, July 26th!
Tuesday, July 26th, will be GOOFY GOGGLE DAY as part of our CVST Team Building Week! That Tuesday, at practice, you don't have to wear your regualr goggles! You can wear any goggles you want! Funny, Silly, Fishy, Bubbly, Flowery, Home-Made, Just About Anything! There might even be a prize for the GOOFIEST GOGGLES! If you have any questions, see your Coach.
CVST Silly Swim Suit Day - Wednesday, July27th!
Wednesday, July 27th, will be SILLY SWIM SUIT DAY as part of our CVST Team Building Week! That Wednesday, at practice, you don't have to wear your regualr swim suit! You can wear any swim suit you want! Funny, Silly, Fishy, Bubbly, Flowery, Home-Made, Just About Anything! There might even be a prize for the SILLIEST SWIM SUIT! CVST Costume Day - Thursday, July 28th!
Thursday, July 28th, will be CVST COSTUME SUIT DAY as part of our CVST Team Building Week! That Thursday, at practice, you don't have to wear your regualr stuff! You can wear a costume that you can swim in! It can be Funny, Silly, Fishy, Bubbly, Flowery, Home-Made, Just About Anything! There might even be a prize for the BEST COSTUME! CVST Suprise Day - Friday, July 29th!
Friday, July 29th, will be CVST ??????? DAY as part of our CVST Team Building Week! That Friday, we will be doing something special which will be announced as we get closer to the end of the summer! If you have any questions, see your Coach, but they can't even tell you what the suprise is, because they don't know yet...., I wonder what it will be?!?!?!?!?!?
