Psych Sheets, Timelines, Heat Sheets Now Posted for SPA Meet

All the information you need for this weekend's SPA, Last Chance Meet, at Northshore Aquatic Complex, is now posted on the Event Page at CVST.org.  Psych Sheets, Estimated Timelines, Heat Sheets and more.  Be sure to download a copy of the Heat Sheets before you go to the meet as they will not be available for sale at the meet.   Also, take a minute to check out the Psych Sheets and where you stack up against the competition!

Make sure you check with your coaches about your warmup times as they can change based on the number of heats and scratches each session, especially if there is a distance event in the session prior to your session.

Finally, please remember,  Items such as Team Tents are available for use by team members at team swim meets and other team functions.  It is the responsibility of the CVST parents to get these tents and or other items to and from any away meets/events.  Please see the Coaching Staff to arrange pick up and drop off of these items at the pool..
