Psych Sheets & Estimated Timelines Posted for Tomorrow's TNR

Tomorrow's CVST Thursday Night at the Races Psych Sheets and Estimated Timelines have been posted at CVST.org, on the Event Page.  Be sure to check out the competition and where your are seeded in your events! 

Warm-ups begin at 5:00pm for all CVST Swimmers and the Meet will begin at 6:00pm.

Please remember, due to the meet, there will be no Thursday morning swim practice for the Gold, Silver or Bronze Practice Groups.
