Heat Sheets, Updated Timelines and More Posted for This Weekend's Sweetheart Meet
The Heat Sheets, Revised Timelines, and more have been released for this weekend's CVST Sweetheart Meet. Please be sure to check out all the posted informtation, especially the Estimated Timelines for Sunday as many of the events have been combined and the sessions are much shorter, which has changed the Session and Event Start times.
CVST Parents, if you haven't signed up to work at the meet, please remember this is a CVST Hosted Event which requires each family to work a minimum of three sessions during the meet. Families who do not meet the requirement, will be billed $100.00 per session missed. We would much rather have you work than bill youas we need the workers to put on a successful event.
Also if you haven't yet volunteered to to donate for Hospitality, there are still some items needed. Hospitality is responsible for providing meals, snacks and refreshments to our 30 Officials, Coaches and Support Staff. We are requesting donations of items. This allows us to provide a quality experience to our volunteers while keeping our expenses down. We greatly appreciate your help and support.
