CVST Returning Swimmer Registration Opens 8/17 for New Swim Year
All returning CVST swimmers need to be re-registered with CVST for the 2021-22 Swim Year. This registration is done on-line via our website at www.CVST.org and clicking on the Start Registration link on the right side of the page. You will be billed for your Annual CVST Registration Fee of $25.00 and your 2022 USA Swimming Registration Fee of $85.00 at the time of this registration. Your dues will be billed September 1. This registration must take place by August 31, 2021, at 5:00pm in order to be eligible for the upcoming September swim meets. Swimmers will not be permitted to practice after this date if registration s is not complete.
Also required and due by August 31, 2021, as part of MAAPP, 2.0, all CVST parents must acknowledge that they have received, read and understand the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy and/or that the Policy has been explained to them or their family. They must further acknowledge and understand that agreeing to comply with the contents of this Policy is a condition of your membership with the Carrollwood Village Swim Team, (USA Swimming member club).

Beginning September 1, 2021, any swimmer who's parents have not signed and turned in their
CVST / MAAPP 2.0 Written Acknowledgement Form will not be permitted to practice or participate in any CVST activity until the Form is turned in.
Once again, returning swimmers not registered with the team by August 31st and/or have not turned in the signed MAAPP 2.0 Written Acknowledgement Form, will not be permitted to participate in any CVST Activities after that date, including swim practices, until registration is complete. Please take care of this matter ASAP so your child doesn't miss any practice time.
