From August 2-5th all CVST Practice Groups will meet together from 8:00-9:30am, for CVST Spirit Week, four days of Team Building, including Raffles, Fun, Games, Races and more. Be sure to make arrangements to attend these four CVST Team Practices and join in all the FUN! There will be no other practices that week. Here's a little more about each day that week...
CVST Crazy Cap Day - Monday, August 2nd!
Monday, August 2nd, will be CRAZY CAP DAY as part of our CVST Team Building Week! That Monday, at practice, you don't have to wear a CVST SwimCap! You can wear any cap you want! Funny, Silly, Fishy, Bubbly, Flowery, Just About Anything! There might even be a prize for the CRAZIEST CAP! If you have any questions, see your Coach.
CVST Goofy Goggle Day - Tuesday, August 3rd!
Tuesday, August 3rd, will be GOOFY GOGGLE DAY as part of our CVST Team Building Week! That Tuesday, at practice, you don't have to wear your regualr goggles! You can wear any goggles you want! Thursday, August 5th, will be CVST COSTUME SUIT DAY as part of our CVST Team Building Week! That Thursday, at practice, you don't have to wear your regualr stuff! You can wear a costume that you can swim in! It can be Funny, Silly, Fishy, Bubbly, Flowery, Home-Made, Just About Anything! There might even be a prize for the BEST COSTUME!
