CVST June Health & Nutrition Challenge

The Healthy Breakfast & Water Bottle Challenge
 
This month’s CVST Health and Nutrition Challenge will be to have a healthy breakfast each morning before practice and to have your water bottle with you at practice and drink 8 ounces of water during each practice. 
As always, these Challenges are optional, however, we strongly encourage all of our swimmers to participate.  Your Coach will be checking each day after practice to see who has completed the Challenge for the day and all those who complete the Challenge will receive a bag tag at the end of June.
