FLOW Timelines & Participants Invited to OW Clinic

Saturday, May 15 Schedule:

Mandatory meeting for coaches and athletes Saturday evening 5/15 at Southwest Recreation Complex (13122 Vonn Road, Largo, FL 33774):

4:00-5:00 PM Clinic with 12 and under (FL OW Ch PARTICIPANTS ONLY)

4:00 PM Meeting with 13 and older girls then they go to reg. Table to check in

4:20 PM Meeting with 13 and older boys then they go to reg. Table to check in

5:00-6:00 PM Clinic with 13 and older (FL OW Ch PARTICIPANTS ONLY)

5:00 PM Meeting with 11-12 then go to check in table

5:20 PM Meeting with 10 and under, then go to check in table

Coaches required to be present at minimum of one meeting.

Athletes need to be present at appropriate age group meeting. Swimmers will have their finger nails checked and numbers marked on them at the meeting. Race course and rules will be presented at the meeting.

Sunday, May 16 Schedule:

Times are approximate and may change based on entries

7:00 AM - Chip Tent Opens for 5K Boys and Girls/ Warm Up in Pool open

7:45 AM - Pre Race Officials meeting with Swimmers in 5K

8:00 AM – Boys 5K race starts. 8:15 AM - Girls 5K race starts

8:00 AM - Chip Tent Opens for 11-12 Girls and Boys/ Warm Up in Pool Open

9:15 AM – Pre Race Officials Meeting with 2K boys and girls.

9:15 AM Chip Tent Opens for 10 and Under Swimmers/ Warm Up in Pool open

9:30 AM – Boys and Girls 2K Race Starts (11-12)

10:30 AM – Pre Race Officials Meeting for 10 and Under Swimmers

10:45 AM – Boys and Girls 10 and Under 800 Starts
