January GCST Meet Drops Friday Session
Due to a low number of entries in the January GCST Meet, the host has decided to drop the Friday Session and just go with the Saturday & Sunday Sessions. The Friday disatance events will be moved to Saturday & Sunday. The other change will be that swimmers entered in the distance events (400 IM, 500 Free, 1000 Free, 1650 Free) will be alllowed to swim 4 events a day, while those not swimming distance events will be limitied to 3 events per day.
