CVST October Health & Nutrition Challenge - The Water Bottle Challenge
Staying hydrated while exercizing is very important, especially here in hot Tampa! Even when not exercizing it is important to be drinking water and staying hydrated. While swimming we sweat a lot, but don't always realize it because we are already wet, especially in the fall when the water is warm and the air is cooling off. That is why your CVST Coaches, Jim, Randy, Emma & Meredith are all challenging you, to complete The Water Bottle Challenge. All you have to do is make sure you bring to bring a bottle of water (at least 12 ounces) with you to practice every day and drink it over the course of the practice session!
This Challenge will begin this Thursday, October 1st and run through the end of the month, October 31st. Whoever brings their water in to the most practices and drinks it will get a special bag tag at the end of the Challenge. We can have one winner or a bunch of winners and we are hoping for a bunch of winners!
