Heat Sheets, Psych Sheets, Estimated Timelines and More Posted for Berkeley Meet

This weekend's Berkeley Meet will have many of the same COVID Precautions as we have had at our CVST Meets this year, but they will also have some that we do not have so be sure to read and know all of the specifics as laid out below, on this website's Event Page and in the Meet Information Letter provided by Berkeley.  You will all (parents, swimmers, and volunteers) be responsible for the COVID Safety Procedures.

Parents, we will also need about 4 parent volunteers during this meet. Please use the link below to sign up for one of the required jobs. You will be permittted access to the pool deck when volunteering and you will have a great view of your swimmers.

Rememer, you will need to download a Heat Sheet to bring with you to the meet and Warm-ups for ALL CVST Swimmers is at 6:55am.  Please do not be late as we only have 30 minutes to warm-up and our space is limited.

Additional Host Information:
- All Athletes and Volunteers must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement and Turn it in at the Swim Meet -  Download Here .
- Mandatory Athlete Briefing with Referee at 8:10am.
- Berkeley requires that all people on the Berkeley Campus wear approved face-covering – except in your car.  Please adhere to this; we want to continue to have swim meets.
- Forms required to be completed and returned to Berkeley Prep for entry on to the pool deck, seating arrangements, etc.  At this point, no parents are allowed on the pool deck (Inside the Fence).  However, Berkeley is now asking each team for four volunteers – two for timing, one for team management (masks on), and one for helping the athlete flow to the blocks. Here is the signup genius link so your parents can sign up:   https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0B48A8AE28A7FD0-20201
- Berkeley is asking that each volunteer, official, coach, and athlete bring their own water and food.  Berkeley has not approved any form of concessions at this point.  There may be water for the coaches, officials, and volunteers, but don’t plan on it.  Remember, this meet may run over the typically noon lunch-time.  We would suggest packing a lunch.
-  The meet will be streaming live.  The stream is private, so only people with the link will have access to watch the swim meet. Here is the link to the Live Stream:  https://youtu.be/8AEFuH8jJho
Meet Mobile will update regularly as opposed to periodically.  So, you can follow the results more closely.
- The pool deck is limited to swimmers, officials, and designated volunteers only.
- Parents and spectators are asked to stay in their vehicles when their athlete is not competing.  Social distancing will be enforced while on the Berkeley Campus.
-  Locker rooms including – Showers, and changing area is limited to three swimmers at a time.
