CCC Fitness Center Re-Opening

 CCC Fitness Center Re-Opening

Dear Carrollwood Country Club Members,

We are happy to finally be able to send you this email tonight!

As Governor DeSantis has released us to Full Capacity in Phase I, we would like to share our plans for re-opening our Fitness Center. We cannot wait to see you all again…as we know it’s been a while!

There are 2 reasons for this email:
1. To share our plans for re-opening the Fitness Center.
2. To share some of the preventative measures and precautions we are taking to keep the Fitness Center clean and our Members healthy and safe!

Your health and safety are our #1 priority and every decision we’ve made has been guided by that premise.

We have used the government and CDC guidelines to come up with our action plan. We appreciate your patience as we work through the re-opening phases.

Carrollwood Country Club Fitness Center Opening Procedures:

1. The Fitness Center will re-open on Monday, May 18th at 8:00am.

2. Hours:  Monday through Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The last fitness center appointment will be at 7:00pm

3. Appointments can be made up to 24 hours ahead of time by calling the TAC at (813) 961-1368.

4. Each reservation will be in 45-minute increments at the top of the hour with 15 minutes between appointments for additional sanitizing.

5. The Fitness Center will operate with no more than 8 people in the Fitness Center at one time.

6. Our CCC Trainers will be permitted at this time, one trainer per hour, and will be counted as one of the 8 people allowed in the Fitness Center.

7. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call to cancel so that another Member can utilize that time slot.

8. Each Member must adhere to strict social distancing and sanitation protocols, including cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces.

9. Each Member should be at least six feet apart from other Members.

10. Upon check in, Members will be asked if they have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days or been around anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days. If yes, that Member will be asked to leave the property. This is to protect our Members and employees as well.

11. Group Classes will not be resuming at this time. We will let you know as soon as we know when they will resume.

CARROLLWOOD COUNTRY CLUB FITNESS CENTER SAFETY MEASURES:
Now that our plan is laid out, we want to make sure you know about the health and safety precautions we’re taking here at the Fitness Center.

CLEANING SCHEDULE:  We will be disinfecting equipment thoroughly throughout the day. We’ve allowed for more time between sessions, so we are able to clean equipment and our facility more effectively. This includes the regular cleaning of doorknobs, handrails, front desk area, and any other surfaces or objects that are touched throughout the day.
FRONT DESK:  Please do not stand at the front desk so that we can facilitate the 6 foot separation between Members.
DISINFECTING WIPES/SPRAY:  These items will be readily available for your use throughout the Fitness Center.
CARROLLWOOD CLIENT PREVENTION:  We are all in this together, and we need YOUR help as we re-open to keep our Fitness Center as safe as possible.
   1. Hand-Washing:  Please wash your hands (up to your elbows) for AT LEAST 20               seconds BEFORE AND AFTER your workout.
   2. Keeping Equipment Clean:  Please wipe down every piece of equipment before and           after each use (with our provided disinfectants).
   3. Please stay home if you are not well.  If you are not feeling 100%, please stay home         and rest.

Please know that the above will change if and when government                    recommendations change. Thank you for your patience as we navigate through our re-opening.

We look forward to seeing you back in the Fitness Center!

Sincerely,
Jim Kelly
