Host of the Area 3 Championships, St. Pete Aquatics, has released the Warm-up Assignments and CVST has announced the Warm-up Times for this weekend. SPA has also published the Heat Sheets and they are now available for download. Be sure to download your copy of the Heat Sheets as you have already paid for this with your entry fees for the meet.
