Economic Impact Form
Dear Teams - Below you will find our hotel economic form from Lee County Sports Organizing Committee. We ask that you please forward to all families attending our meet this weekend.
By having each of your families fill out a form, Lee County Sports Organization will give back a percentage to Gulf Coast Swim Team.
In order for the sports organization to give back the percentage, they need to verify each reservation that is submitted on our behalf. This is where your help is needed!
Individual Reservations - Please have each family that has a reservation at a Lee County hotel to completely fill out the form. Name should be the name that the reservation is under. It does not matter if they made the reservation through Lee County or on their own.
Team Room Blocks - Ask the hotel to print out a room block list and simply hand into us! We will attach it to a form for you...
