September 2019 - Charley Johnson
The Carrollwood Village Swim Team has named Charley Jonnson as the September 2019 Swimmer of the Month.  Swimming in two meets the 11-year-old Silver Practice Group member raced to 9 personal best times.  At the CVST Friday Night at the Races, Charley swam to best times in the PBT’s in her 50-yard Backstroke (1:01.20), 50 Breaststroke (55.43), 50 Butterfly (1:12.00), and 100-yard Individual Medley (2:12.24).  Three weeks later swimmer at the Florida Gulf Coast University Aquatic Center, Charley swam to best times in her 50 (50.47) and 100-yard Freestyle (1:46.80), 50 Back (59.48), 100 Breast (2:00.56), and 100-yard Individual Medley (2:11.58).  For the month Charley dropped a total of 26.63 seconds with her biggest drop of 13.77 in her 100-yard Freestyle with 82% of her swims resulting in a PBT.  Way to go Charley and keep up the good work.
 
October 2019 - Ella Abele
The Carrollwood Village Swim Team is proud to announce Ella Abele as the October 2019 Swimmer of the Month.  Ella started off October with the CVST Friday Night at the Races where she swam to five best times out of 5 events.  The 7-year-old Silver Practice Group member raced to best times in her 25-yard Freestyle (16.50), 25 Backstroke (21.33), 25 Breaststroke (26.46), 25 Fly where she broke 18 seconds for the first time (17.95) and 100-yard Individual Medley (1:40.70).  One week later, Ella traveled up to the College of Central Florida Ocala Campus and swam to three more personal best times out of three events.  Ella dropped 18.46 seconds in her 100-yard Freestyle (1:23.85), dropped another 1.65 seconds off her 25 Breast (24.77) and lowered her 25-yard Fly time to 17.72 seconds.  For the month Ella swam to 100% PBT’s and dropped a total of 24.27 seconds. Way to go Ella and keep up the good work.
 
November 2019 - Brady Santo
The Carrollwood Village Swim Team Coaching staff has named Brady Santo as it’s November 2019 Swimmer of the Month.  Swimming at the St. Petersburg Aquatics and Palm Harbor Y Piranhas Invitational at St. Pete’s North Shore Pool, Brady swam to eight personal best times out of eight events.  Brady swam to best times in 50 (32.36) and 100-yard Freestyle (1:12.56), 50 (41.17) and 100-yard Backstroke (1:29.40), 50 (52.90) and 100-yard Breaststroke (1:52.82), and 50 (43.30) and 100-yard Butterfly (1:39.17).  Brady dropped a total of 14.48 seconds with an average of 2.32% improvement per swim with his biggest time drop in the 100 Back 5.35 seconds and 5.65% improvement. Way to go Brady and keep up the good work.
 
December 2019 - Easton Heath
The Carrollwood Village Swim Team has named Easton Heath as the December 2019 Swimmer of the Month.  Swimming in the Harry Meisel Florida Swimming B-Championships at St. Pete’s North Shore Pool, the 8-year-old Bronze Practice Group Swimmer swam to four best times out of four events.  Easton swam to Best times in his 25-yard Freestyle (20.90), 25-yard Backstroke (26.09), 25-yard Breaststroke (31.93) and 25-yard Butterfly (26.26).  Easton had monster time drops in all his events led by an 11.75 second drop in his 25 Fly and showed an improvement of 11.06%, 22.30%, 15.93%, and 30.91% respectively.  Way to Easton and Keep up the good work.
