Psych Sheet, Estimated Timeline Posted for Friday's FNR
The psych sheets and estimated timelines have been released for tomorrow's CVST Friday Night at the Races. All CVST swimmers need to be at the TAC Pool by 5:00 pm, ready to get in the water for warm-ups. The meet will begin at 6:00 pm.
Make sure you wear your white CVST Team Shirt as that is it team unuform for swim meets. if you wear a swim cap, you will need a CVST Swim Cap. Both the shirt and cap can be purchased through the CVST Swim Shop before the meet. Just see CVST Swim Shop Mom, Allison Smith.
CVST Team Swim Suits are not required for new swimmers at this time as we may be making a change in the Team Suit. More on that in the next few weeks.
Finally, Parents - we will need 16 timers along with a head timer to ru this meet. We did not put a sign up page on the webste for this meet as we usually do, so when you hear the announcement calling for timers, please volunteer.
