CCC PARKING LOT PROJECT UPDATE:

Dear Members,

Due to the weather today and the forecast of additional heavy rain tomorrow, our contractor has suspended the seal and stripe project for the rest of this week.  They will begin work again next week on Monday, August 19th keeping with the already published schedule of sealing and striping the sections of Clubhouse Drive up to Emerald Club Way and sections of Courtside Way.  The owner of Yellow Dawg Paving is planning to put the entrance from North Village and the TAC parking lot seal and stripe at the end of the project, which may spill into Monday the 26th through Wednesday the 28th of August.

Please be advised that while the crew(s) are working along Clubhouse Drive and Courtside Way that the North Village entrance will be open for entry and exit to the TAC parking lot ONLY. The North Village Entrance will be closed to through traffic and ingress/egress to the club will still require entering through the South Village entrance.  Once these sections are completed the South Village entrance will be closed until the crews move back to do the North Village entrance and the TAC parking lot.

Please reference the timeline and car restrictions as requested by the contractor listed below:
   
*Monday, August 19th and Tuesday, August 20th (GREEN) will be the section of Clubhouse Drive and a section of Emerald Club Way (in from of the Emerald Greens Condo Resort).  Those of you who live along this section of Clubhouse Drive will need to leave your homes, if needed, before 8:30am and will have to park in the club parking lot for the evening on Monday, August 19th.  Striping will be completed on Tuesday morning.   
   *Tuesday, August 20th and Wednesday, August 21st (PURPLE) all of Courtside Way will be closed.  Those of you who live along this roadway will need to leave, if needed, before 8:30am and will need to park at either the TAC or the main club parking lot.
   *Thursday, August 22nd and Friday, August 23rd (BLUE) will be the back club parking lot and Clubhouse Drive from Emerald Club Way to Clubhouse Circle.  Those residents that live along this section will have to leave, if needed, by 8:30am and park in the club parking lot or at the TAC for the evening.

Please note that freshly applied sealant will be wet and generally requires 12 to 16 hours to dry.  Please do not walk across wet sealant to either your home, the club, or the condo resort.  Sealant will adhere to pavers, tile and carpet from the bottom of your shoe and is nearly impossible to remove.

Please bear in mind that this schedule is contingent on the weather.
If the weather forces any changes to the project schedule, we will communicate them as quickly as possible.
