Florida Swimming & Sarasota Sharks Post FLAGS Psych Sheets & Timelines
Florida Swimming and the Sarasota Sharks have released the Psych Sheets and Estimated Timelines for this week's Florida Swimming Age Group Championships (FLAGS), being held at the Selby Aquatic Center in Sarasota, Thursday through Sunday. Be sure to check out the competition and where you are seeded! Also please remember that there will be assigned warm-up times. These have not been released at this time, so be sure to check with Coach Randy as to when you should be at warm-ups for each session.
