CVST's May 2018 Nutrition Challenge
This month's Nutrition Challenge will be to eat both a fruit and vegetable any time during the day prior to your practice. Since we already had a month of veggies and a month of fruits we wanted to encourage everyone to keep eating their fruits and vegetables while at the same time making the Challenge a little tougher. As always, this Challenge is optional, but highly recommended for the entire CVST Team. This Challenge will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, May 1st, and the progress will be displayed in the CVST Coaches Office window during the month.
