| Dear Members, I wanted all of you to know that Concert Golf has entered into discussions with ClubCorp to acquire 16 of our clubs, including Carrollwood Country Club, in the next few months. This is a bittersweet moment for me personally, because I love Carrollwood Country Club and know how hard we have worked to deliver on so many capital improvements and upgrades to your member experience. We have not gotten everything right, I know, but with your honest feedback and our team's commitment to your club, we have all made great progress together since we arrived just a short time ago. But now, having spent time with ClubCorp in recent months, we know that there is only one company in our industry that can take Carrollwood Country Club to the next level. They have been doing this since 1957, and they have invested over $800 million in capital improvement projects. They have a robust reciprocal program with access to iconic clubs such as Firestone, Indian Wells and The Woodlands (as well as careful restrictions on inbound play at each club), and they have a Concierge service that connects members with tee times, hotel and dining reservations, and more. Moreover, ClubCorp works closely with member Advisory Boards at every single one of their clubs to continuously improve the member experience. It would take us years - or even decades - to replicate what ClubCorp offers their members. Over the next few months, our staff will be working closely with the ClubCorp team as they conduct due diligence on the clubs and we communicate to them all of the unique qualities and specific commitments we have made to the members at Carrollwood Country Club. We wanted to share this information with you in hopes that you will maintain an open mind and welcome them. We will keep you informed as this process unfolds.
