CVST's April Nutrition Challenge - The Water Challenge
For the month of April, our Nutrition Challenge here at CVST is going to be the Water Challenge! Each swimmer will need to bring a bottle of water to practice with them and drink the water during practice to stay properly hydrated. This like all of our other challenges should be a year-round habit and not really a challenge. We know it is already a habit for most of our CVST swimmers, but we are going to take this opportunity to reinforce it this month for those who already bring water to practice and encourage the rest of you to start bringing it also.
As always each swimmers progress over the month will be kept on the CVST Office window. This Challenge will begin on Monday April 2nd.
