Create your own post or use one of the suggested posts below and share on your social media channels. Be sure to tag the USA Swimming Foundation by using the Facebook and Twitter handle: @swimfoundation.
Create a Facebook Fundraiser to raise money for the USA Swimming Foundation. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation are matching up to $2 million of funds raised on Facebook for U.S. nonprofits. Details.
Make a gift yourself and ask your friends to join you by posting about your gift online. Be sure to tag the foundation: @swimfoundation so that you are entered into the drawing.

Contest Details:

One winner will be selected from those who post between now and Giving Tuesday. Winner will be announced Nov. 29th on social media. Must tag USA Swimming Foundation, @swimfoundation, to enter. Winner will receive a USA Swimming backpack, t-shirt, and USA Swimming Foundation towel, pop socket, water bottle and notebook.
