Dear CVST Parents,
Hospitality and Concessions are combined into one committee this year for the Boys & Girls Club Nationals. We will be responsible for providing all meals to the Coaches & Officials (~ 75 for each meal) and running the Concessions stand. While we are in the process of securing donations from location restaurants, we would greatly appreciate any and all assistance. Examples would be purchasing items on the list or securing donations from restaurants/businesses.
If you sign up to provide an item from the list please bring it to the pool NO LATER than Thursday, April 6th.
