Burrill Named CVST February Swimmer of the Month
The Carrollwood Village Swim Team has named Bodi Burrill as the February Swimmer of the Month. At the Sweetheart Invitational held the Carrollwood Country Club TAC, the 9 year old Gold Practice Group member, raced to seven best times out of seven swims. Bodi bettered his personal best times by an average of 7.12% with monster improvements in his 200 yard Individual Medley (10.49% and 22.50 second time drop) and 200 yard Freestyle (12.20% and 23.25 second time drop). Bodi also swam to personal best times in his 50 yard Freestyle (3.6% and 1.3 second drop), 100 yard Freestyle (2.46% and 2.06 second drop), and 100 yard IM (5.83% and 5.70 second drop). Bodi also swam his first 500 yard Freestyle finishing with a time of 7:28.98.
