It's B Champ's Week at CVST
This week is B Champ's Week at CVST, that is the Florida Swimming B Championships Week at CVST! This is a big meet for CVST in that we always swim well at this meet, being the last meet of the year, and that CVST is defending it's sixth consecutive Title as Florida Swimming's Team Spirit Award Winners!
First up this week, we have our B Champ's Team Dinner up at the Clubhouse on Wednesday, where Coach Maria will reveal our Theme for the meet, with a little help from two of our Bronze Group Swimmers.

On Friday, we have our B Champ's Team Practice where we will practice together with all CVST Practice Groups, from 4:30-5:30pm, and then make posters and work on team cheers from 5:30-6:30pm to prepare for the weekend!
Then on Saturday & Sunday it's time for the big meet at Northshore Pool, in St. Petersburg. Warm-ups will be as follows for both days: 11&Over - 8:30am / 10&Under - 9:15am.
