Here at TeamUnify we are committed to providing our customers with a better way to manage their swim teams and improve swimmer performance. On Tuesday, November 22nd from approximately 3:20 AM PST to 8:23 AM PST our data center performed an unscheduled maintenance upgrade to a handful of systems, which unfortunately, included the TeamUnify server system.
We know how important our service is to you and how frustrating outages like this can be. We are putting measures in place to mitigate this type of outage in the future.
We sincerely apologize for any disruption this outage may have caused you or your team. The TU Operations team has checked each service and we are running optimally now that our services are up.
