We will be taking CVST Team Pictures on Saturday, October 22nd, at 9:30 am, at the pool.  Imediately following the Team Picture, we will be taking individual pictures of each swimmer.  The uniform for the Team Picture will be your CVST Team Suit and the white CVST Team T-Shirt. Packages will be available for purchase and you will be able to review your pictures on-line prior to purchase.

Contemporary Photo Enterprises will be photographing our team for their Individual and Team Photos.  Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 9:30 am.  Please be present and on time.  Fully dressed in sports apparel.

Parents, please have your athlete(s) envelope(s) filled out along with payment in advance, please bring with you to give to photographer’s assistant.  This procedure will save time and save you money. 

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOUR SON/DAUGHTER BE PRESENT SO THAT HE/SHE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THEIR TEAM PHOTOGRAPHS.

We will be taking a group photograph of the team and an individual photograph.  If your son/daughter is not present for the team photo, we will take an individual and replace the Memory Mate (individual w/team photo) with an 8 x 10 of their individual photo.  If you choose to pay for your photo package in advance you will save $9.95 in S/H charge.  Additional photos can also be ordered on the website and added to you prepaid order without shipping & handling charges.  Just pay for additional photos online and we will manually deduct the shipping/handling charges.

For non-prepaid orders you can also order directly online and have the photos delivered to your home address and pay the $9.95 S/H charge.

ONCE YOU MAKE YOUR SELECTION, PLEASE EMAIL US THE PHOTO NUMBERS OF YOUR CHOICE.  PREPAID ORDER DEADLINE FOR PHOTO SELECTION IS OCTOBER  29, 2016.   ALL PREPAID PHOTO ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED TO JIM KELLY BY NOVEMBER  23, 2016.

ANY SELECTIONS AFTER THE DEADLINE  WILL NEED TO BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO PARENT AND A SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE OF $9.95 WILL BE APPLIED.
