Thanks you to Cathy Edwards for once again this year setting up a block of rooms for CVST at the Ocala Meet. Thisyear the rooms will fast as there is a UF Football game the same weekend and they are only available until August 23rd, so make your reservation today!
Dear CVST Parent,
The CFM, Ocala Meet, is quickly approaching and a block of rooms have been established for that weekend at the Homewood Suites (same hotel as years past). I have blocked 17 rooms at the rate of $139/night for a 1 bedroom suite and 3 studios at $129/night.
This is also the weekend of UF's homecoming game and the hotel rates in the area are crazy. With that said, the hotel has offered us this discounted rate until AUGUST 23, 2016 and you MUST pay for 1 nights stay in advance to secure this rate. Any reservations made after 8/23 will be subject to the full rate starting at $199/night as the block will be released to the public.
For those that are newer to the team or may have not attended this meet previously. CVST travels twice a year and the kids love Love LOVE the away meets because of the comradery that takes place those weekends. Also, traditionally, the families all grab take out on Saturday night and we meet back in the lounge area of the hotel to have dinner together and watch college football. So please take a moment to sign up for the meet and then make your hotel reservations via phone or website.
