The Carrolllwood Village Swim Team has named Taylor Cassels (8) as the March Swimmer of the Month. Swimming at the Florida Swimming Area 3 Championships in St. Petersburg, Florida, the 8 year old Silver practice group swimmer raced to 8 best times out of 8 events. For the month, Taylor dropped a total of 46.66 seconds with her biggest drop occurring in the 10 and Under Girls 200 yard Freestyle with a betterment of21.13 seconds. Taylor averaged a 7.38 percent improvement in each of her swims with her highest percent of time dropped coming in the 8 and Under Girls 50 yard Butterfly where she dropped 8.74 seconds for a 14.89 percent improvement.
