Bronze Group Meet Attire & Practice Gear - From Coach Maria
Hey all,
Everyone with a child on the bronze group roster received this email, it may not apply to you:
Every child must have a CVST team suit. If we look like a team, we feel like a team! You can order one from Total Team Wares: just call 407-644-1333 and request a CVST suit. The boys get a choice between a speedo and a jammer, but most are more comfortable in a jammer. The girls only have one suit. If you aren't sure about sizes, come see a coach! Caps can be purchased year round from me- these are required for the girls to wear in meets, along with goggles.
As for practice equipment, bronze group is required to have a kickboard and fins.
The kickboard recommended is JUNIOR meaning it is smaller. If your child needs the bigger kickboard, a coach has already spoken to you. The link to the junior kickboard is below:

Fins should be full length and floating. It doesn't matter what brand, but the ones I recommend (and the cheapest) are linked below:
Mesh bags can also be purchased through me, but they are not required, so much as handy. Another recommendation- please put your child's name on every piece of equipment you purchase. Preferably in large, large, large print. Many of the them have the same sizes and colors and they're easily lost and forgotten.
Goggles also must be worn at practice. This is incredibly difficult for me to enforce, so help me out and stress the importance of wearing them! Caps are required for the girls in practice as well... though if it does turn into a toy I will take it until the end of practice.
