Salgado Picks Up November SOM Honors
The CVST coaching staff has named Isabella Salgado as its November Swimmer of the Month. Swimming in the St. Petersburg Aquatics Saturday and Sunday Morning at the Races, Isabella swam to six lifetime best times out of eight events. For the month, the 11 year old Silver/Gold practice group product dropped a total of 75.63 seconds, with two incredible time drops of 45.89 seconds in 100 yard Backstroke and 20.36 seconds in her 100 yard Butterfly. Isabella also dropped .71 seconds in her 50 yard Freestyle, 3.52 seconds in her 100 yard Freestyle, .70 seconds in her 100 yard Breaststroke, and 4.45 seconds in her 50 yard Butterfly.
