7:28 pm - Daryl finishes 15th place on his 1500
 
1:48 pm - Daryl ends morning session with an impressive 18:11.98 dropping 56 seconds
                    just one second off his goal time.
 
1:07 pm - Rain delay.  5 minute warmup indoors before Daryl's 1500.  Logan places 11th in the 2 free
 
11:55 am - Logan 2:47.08 to 2:40.06 200 free.  Wins heat with a long course time 2 seconds faster than his short course 
                    time.
 
11:22 am - Abby swims 1:19.53 100 fly.  Logan is next up in the 200 free.
 
10:11 am - Logan Ingerick places 13th in the 50 free :34.28 to :33.93.
 
Day 3 - Saturday, July 20, 2013
 
7:45 pm - 11&12 400 free is in the books.  Abby didn't get in.
 
2:37 pm - Abby Forman makes second alternate in tonight's 400 free finals
 
1:15 pm - Abby 5:06.81 to 4:57.01 40 free.  Waiting to see if she gets in finals tonight
 
12:37 pm - Logan 20th place 200 IM
 
12:08 PM - Daryl 31st place 100 breast and Logan beat his goal time by 1.4 seconds.
                   - LI drops 5.45 seconds in the 200 IM 3:08.21. 
                  
                   - Logan getting ready to warmdown. Abby getting ready in the warmup pool for the 400 free
 
11:24 am - DP 2:21.92 to 1:19.26 100 breast.
                  - Abby Forman 47th in the 50 fly.
 
10:52 am - USA Swimming's Dave Thomas handing out tattoos.  Logan places 21st in 50 fly.

2:20 pm - Last swim in, DP goes 5:33.33 4 IM. Logan places 8th in 400 Free.
 
1:35 pm - Logan 5:34.76 400 free from 5:45.04
                   
 
12:52 pm - LI - 11th 100 free AF 39th 50 back
 
12:28 pm - DP 46th in the 200 Free
 
12:05 pm - AF 39.97 to :37.12 50 back. 20th place in the 200 free.
 
11:29 am - Abby (Forman) 200 free 2:31.67 to 2:22.46 - won her heat.
                  -Logan (Ingerick) 1:15.04 to 1:12.40 100 free.
 
10:42 am - DP 2:19.1 to 2:18.55 - 200 free.
Day 1 - Thursday, July 18, 2013
 
6:44 pm - Abby 10th Place.ý DP 27th. Dropped over 15 seconds.
 
6:06 pm - Abby's 800 time places her 9th in USA Swimming Top 10 List.
 
3:34 pm - Abby 10:02.86
                - Daryl 9:54.53 to 9:39.17
                - Abby (Forman) 3rd place with 8 to swim. Best 200, 400, and 800. Quad A Time 5 seconds under 13-14 800
                  cut.
