Volz Wins Mile, Boys & Girls Club National Champion
CVST's Emma Volz (17) won the Women's 1650 Yard Freestyle today at the Boys & Girls Club National Swimming Championships, in St. Petersburg. The meet is being held this weekend at the Northshore Aquatic Complex with Prelims beginning at 9:00 am and Finals st 5:00 pm each afternoon.. Each evenings Finals are also being broadcast over the Florida Swim Network at www.floridaswimnetwork.com. Volz swam to a personal best time of 17:48.27, winning the event and claiming the title National Champion.
