Volz Named CVST August 2011 SOM
Emma Volz (16) has been named the CVST Swimmer of the Month of the month of August 2011. This is the second year in a row Volz has received the award for the month of August based on her outstanding performance at the USA Swimming Southern Zone Senior Championships, held August 2-6, in Orlando. While there, Volz swam to Silver Medals in the 800 and 1500 meter Freestyle events and a Bronze Medal in the 400 meter Freestyle. She also scored in the 100& 200 Freestyles and the 200 meter backstroke. Congratulations Emma and keep bringing home the hardware!
