Day three of the
USA Swimming Southern Zone Senior Championships
are in the books and Emma Volz (16) stepprd it up a notch tonight in Championship Finals of the 200 Meter Freestyle where she went a 2:16.88, to bring home the 6th place medal. Corey Stein (16) also swam the 200 Meter Freestyle and continued his streak of swimming best times. Today he dropped almost two more seconds in the event to go a 2:08.44. In tonight's last event for CVST the 400 Meter Individual Medley, Jackie Kenny (15) had a great swim. She dropped 8 seconds from her Prelim time, which was already a personal best, for a total of 10 seconds dropped in the event for the day and an 11th place finish.
